This November, one of our most magical signature events returns with an exciting new look! Introducing the Fairytale Princess Festival—a fresh, fall-inspired evolution of our beloved November Princess Ball.

We’ve taken everything families love about our large-scale princess celebrations and transformed it into a beautiful autumn festival filled with music, dancing, storytelling, and magic. From immersive fall-inspired lighting and video to new performances and seasonal touches throughout the production, this year's Festival will feel familiar to returning families while offering an entirely new adventure.

What is the Fairytale Princess Festival?
The Fairytale Princess Festival is our reimagined November signature event! This large-scale celebration features an incredible cast of princesses, princes, and favorite characters with live singing, dancing, interactive performances, immersive visuals, and a beautiful fall-inspired theme.

When is the Fairytale Princess Festival?
The Festival takes place Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7, with three performances offered throughout the weekend.

Which characters will be appearing?
This year's incredible lineup includes Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Ariel, Prince Eric, Moana, Tiana, and Merida—10 beloved characters together for one spectacular celebration!

Is this different from your previous November Princess Ball?
Yes! We've taken everything families love about our November celebration and given it a fresh Festival feel. This year's production features new characters, new songs, new dance pieces, refreshed performances, and fall-inspired lighting and video incorporated into the different character worlds.

What is included with my ticket?
Every Child and Adult Ticket includes admission to the Fairytale Princess Festival, a meal, and an Open Play Pass at Fairytale Fun Place.

What is included with the meal?
Each ticket includes pizza, a breadstick, fresh fruit, and lemonade.

Do parents and adults need tickets?
Yes. All adults and children attending the event must have a ticket. Adult Tickets also include the meal and Open Play Pass.

Are special experiences or upgrades available?
Yes! Families can make their visit even more magical with a limited selection of Royal Experiences, Priority Seating, and keepsake packages. Options may include a special Crowning experience, Flower Presentation, Priority Child Seating, magical keepsakes, and bundled experiences.

Can I add special experiences after purchasing my tickets?
Yes, as long as they are still available. Many experiences have limited availability for each performance, so we strongly recommend adding your favorites when purchasing your tickets.

Are seats assigned?
General child seating is included with admission. Families looking for an extra-special view can purchase one of our limited Priority Child Seating upgrades. Availability varies by performance.

Will my child get to meet the characters?
Yes! Character interaction is an important part of the Fairytale Princess Festival. The event includes opportunities for magical interactions and special photo moments with members of our cast.

Can my child dress up?
Absolutely! Children are encouraged to wear their favorite princess dress, character costume, or anything that makes them feel magical. Costumes are not required.

Is the Festival just for girls?
Not at all! Princes, princesses, adventurers, and fairytale fans are all welcome. The Festival is designed to be a magical experience for the entire family.

What ages is the event appropriate for?
The Fairytale Princess Festival is a family-friendly event designed for children and adults to enjoy together. It is especially magical for young children who love princesses, princes, music, dancing, and fairytale adventures.

How early should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before your scheduled performance to allow time for check-in and getting settled. Our performances begin promptly, so please plan accordingly.

Can we take photos and videos?
Photos are encouraged during designated character interactions and photo opportunities. Video recording is not permitted during the live performance, but you're welcome to capture your special moments during designated portions of the event.

Can we bring a stroller?
Because space is limited and we want to provide a comfortable experience for all of our guests, we strongly encourage families to leave strollers at home or in their vehicle whenever possible.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets will only be available at the door if that performance has not sold out. Because capacity is limited, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Priority seating and special experiences may sell out even earlier.

Why is this event different from a regular character event?
The Fairytale Princess Festival is one of our signature large-scale productions. With 10 beloved characters, theatrical performances, singing, dancing, immersive lighting and video, interactive moments, special experiences, a meal, and Open Play included, this is much more than a traditional character meet-and-greet.

Should we purchase tickets early?
Yes! Each performance has limited capacity, and certain ticket types and Royal Experiences are available in even smaller quantities. Purchasing early gives your family the best selection of performance times, seating upgrades, and special experiences.
